Description
The specified buildings are one-story buildings, sheds and portables that are in the path of construction for Sarasota County Technical Institute Phase IV. The demolition value of these buildings has been proven by the Castaldi Formula calculation. Funds for this demolition are available in the capital projects account.
Recommendation
That the deletion of Buildings #6, #7, #8, #9, #11, #12, #13, #17, #21, #22, #57, Sheds #96-007, #96-075, #96-076, #96-078, #96-179, #96-197 and Portables #99-050, #99-056, #99-057, #99-099, #99-106A, #99-146, #99-185, #99-186, #99-230, #99-241, #99-242, #99-243, #99-244, #99-245, #99-246, #99-247, #99-301, #99-303, #99-304, #99-313, #99-332, #99-336, #99-397, #99-404, #99-405, #99-418, #99-432, #99-452, #99-525, #99-528, #99-529, #99-544, #99-546, #99-569, #99-578 and #99-579 at Sarasota County Technical Institute from the F.I.S.H inventory for demolition, be approved as presented.
